Overview of the Japanese Society of Plant Physiologists' Young Overseas Joint Research Fellowship (JSPP Fellowship)

In order to foster an international perspective in young researchers, the Japanese Society of Plant Physiologists recognizes superlative young researchers and supports their short-term joint projects in overseas research facilities (selection to begin in 2006).

Japanese Society of Plant Physiologists Award (JSPP Award)

Conferred upon members (regular or honorary) who have achieved significant research findings in the field of plant science (selection to begin in 2003).

Rules Concerning the JSPP Award

Japanese Society of Plant Physiologists Outstanding Contribution Award (JSPP Outstanding Contribution Award)

Conferred upon members (regular or honorary) who have made significant contributions to the advancement of plant science and to the development of the JSPP (selection to begin in 2004).

Japanese Society of Plant Physiologists Young Investigator Award (JSPP Young Investigator Award)

Conferred upon young JSPP members (under 40 years of age) who have made significant contribution to the advancement of plant science.

JSPP Plant and Cell Physiology Award for the Paper of Excellence (PCP Award)

Conferred upon authors who have published highly original and internationally significant papers and that have contributed to the advancement of plant science in the JSPP journal, Plant and Cell Physiology.
